Booking Reminder: All appointments must be approved by Naked Truth Esthetics. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

  • All appointments made online will require a debit/credit card to be saved. (Your card will not be charged unless you cancel late or No Show.)

  • You can reschedule one time before a deposit is required.

​​

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the time of service.

  • If you do not cancel your appointment during the cancellation window a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • Same day “push backs” must be requested at least 3 hours in advance. Anything less will incur a fee.

 

Pre-booking

  • Appointments can be pre-booked up to 60 days in advance.

  • If you No Show (or Cancel after the 24 hour window) for a pre-booked appointment you will be required to pay a fee before you can book another appointment.​

Tardy/No-Show Policies

  • If you expect to be late please notify me via call or text PRIOR to your appointment time.

 

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late a late fee will be charged in order to complete your service (if there is time). 

 

  • If no notification is received, after 10 minutes past your appointment time you will be considered a no-show and charged a fee.

  • If you are late and there is not enough time to complete your service, you will lose your time slot and will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the total for services booked.

  • In order to rebook, full payment will be required in advance.
